Shift’s Available: PRN Employment Type: Per Diem Hours: Variable Location: Southern Regional Medical Center - Riverdale, GA We are seeking a PRN Clinical Dietitian who provides appropriate patient nutritional care at Southern Regional Medical Center.

(includes, but not limited to):

• Assesses the nutritional status of patients, formulates a care plan, coordinates its implementation, and evaluates its impact and effectiveness.
• Provides nutrition education to patients/families.
• Approves supplements as appropriate and assists in the development of a hospital formulary appropriate to the patient population.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

• Registered Dietitian Required (CMS requirement).
• One year healthcare experience desirable. #LI-HM1 Employment Status Per Diem Shift Variable
