About the Role

Culmen International is seeking an Implementation Science SME to support our work with the Defense Health Agency in Silver Spring, MD. This is a talent pipeline requisition for future opportunities. Qualified candidates will be contacted when a position becomes available. What You’ll Do in Your New Role The Implementation Science SME provides expert guidance on translating evidence-based psychological health research into clinical practice, policy, and operational programs. The SME supports implementation planning, evaluation, dissemination, and sustainment activities.

• Develop implementation frameworks and strategies.
• Support translation of research findings into clinical practice.
• Identify barriers and facilitators to adoption of evidence-based practices.
• Design implementation and dissemination plans.
• Conduct implementation evaluations.
• Advise stakeholders on best practices for scaling interventions.
• Support development of clinical support tools and training materials.
• Implementation plans
• Dissemination strategies
• Evaluation frameworks
• Clinical support tools
• Research translation products
• Best-practice recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Doctoral or Master's degree in Implementation Science, Public Health, Psychology, Health Services Research, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience implementing evidence-based healthcare interventions.
• Experience within military, VA, or federal healthcare settings preferred.
• Public Trust clearance; contract requires US Citizenship
