Seeking an experienced CNC Steel Processing Operator to operate and support steel-processing equipment. Experience with one or more of the following is required: Kinetic Plasma Table, Peddinghaus Saw/Drill Line, Peddinghaus Angle Master, or Ficep Beamline. Seeking an experienced CNC Steel Processing Operator to operate and support steel-processing equipment. Experience with one or more of the following is required: Kinetic Plasma Table, Peddinghaus Saw/Drill Line, Peddinghaus Angle Master, or Ficep Beamline. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC steel processing equipment
• Select proper machine settings to ensure efficient operation
• Measure materials to verify compliance with specifications
• Select the correct material type, stock size, and dimensions
• Transfer required data and markings onto materials
• Interpret production drawings and work instructions
• Perform detailed part marking and identification
• Maintain accurate records of production and material usage
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Assist with troubleshooting machine issues
• Operate overhead cranes and material handling equipment safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds

Required Qualifications

• Experience operating a CNC plasma table or performing steel sawing, drilling, or cutting operations
• Experience with one or more of the following equipment:
• Kinetic Plasma Table
• Peddinghaus Saw/Drill Line
• Peddinghaus Angle Master
• Ficep Beamline
• Ability to read a tape measure to within 1/16 inch
• Basic math skills
• Experience operating overhead cranes and material transfer systems
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to work in both hot and cold environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, symbols, and technical notes
• Experience using Tekla PowerFab
