Pastoral Internship (Paid)

The Pastoral Internship of Divine Unity Community Church (DUCC) is designed to be an intense time of training and development for individuals exploring possible callings to full-time, senior-level ministry leadership. Working with the Lead Pastor and/or other members of the Lead Team, they will have the opportunity to identify their own gifting and calling, receive instruction on leading/planting churches, experience impartation of the DUCC leadership culture, and have the opportunity to be hands-on involved in the work of ministry. Position Logistics: This is a 2-year paid internship; equivalent to part-time work load Key Objectives

Key Responsibilities

• Resuscitate or aid ministry areas in need within the church.
• Assist Lead Team in completing various ministry projects.
• Work with ministry teams to host momentum services and prayer mappings in target cities.
• Other responsibilities as assigned and/or tailored to personal calling and gifting.
• Attending leadership meetings
• Complete DULI or educational equivalent
