Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Establish personalized treatment plans and set goals that align with patients' needs 🎯
• Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants to ensure effective treatment 💼
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation 📊
• Work as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team , creating life-changing outcomes for patients 🤝
• Build strong relationships with patients, their families, and the community 🌟

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program 🎓
• Valid OH state license 🏅
• Ability to work flexible hours , including weekends if needed ⏰
