Overview

We’re hiring a Full-Time or Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join a Senior Living Community in a very flexible outpatient role. This is a great opportunity to work with adult and geriatric patients in a supportive environment, with a company that truly values its team and treats employees like family. What You’ll Do:

  • Provide outpatient OT services in a senior living setting
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver therapy interventions to improve function, safety, and independence
  • Document visits using electronic charting
  • Collaborate with the care team as needed Schedule & Hours:
  • 24–40 hours per week
  • Weekday daytime schedule required
  • Availability needed between 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pay &

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
  • Active OT license (or eligible) in the state
  • U.S. Citizen or green card holder (no exceptions)
