The opportunity ahead is dramatically larger than our current team. Our CEO needs a trusted partner to help co-lead fundraising, enterprise sales, recruiting, product strategy, AI-enabled operations, customer success, and company building. That's where you come in.

As Chief of Staff, you'll become the CEO's highest-leverage partner—bringing clarity to complexity, turning strategy into execution, and helping build a system that allows HealthLeap to scale from an exceptional startup into an industry-defining healthcare company. You'll have a front-row seat to nearly every consequential decision as we build one of healthcare's fastest-growing AI companies. WHAT YOU’LL OWN You'll work across nearly every critical function of the business; you'll help build the systems and support the leaders that allow each function to strategically scale and operate like an all-star Super Bowl team.

You’ll work with our investors, health system CEOs, marketing, engineering, sales, clinical, and more. Day one, you’ll be: - Building an AI-native operating system. - Leading the CEO's highest-priority initiatives from fundraising and enterprise partnerships to product launches and strategic planning. - Creating a structure where none exists, then building the systems that allow it to scale. - Sitting in the room for the company's biggest decisions and ensuring they become a reality. - Solving whatever is preventing HealthLeap from moving faster.
