• Ensure compliance with safety standards in coordination with the EHS department.
• Implement and monitor safety and housekeeping programs to prevent and eliminate workplace incidents.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with the production plan by monitoring line performance, assigning resources, and coordinating with support areas.
• Lead daily production meetings to align on goals and problem-solving actions.
• Manage and enforce policies, practices, and procedures with production staff.
• Supervise individual and team performance, implement corrective actions including disciplinary measures, and resolve employee complaints.
• Foster effective communication and provide feedback, training, and work instructions to ensure team success.
• Determine workforce needs based on demand forecasts and production planning.
• Monitor hourly production targets, analyze performance reports, and take corrective actions when goals are not met.
• Maintain accurate production records in the TRESS system, including downtime and attendance.
• Communicate line stoppages to support teams and coordinate solutions to maintain production flow.
• Ensure implementation, monitoring, and compliance of the Management Systems and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct audits on production processes, equipment, and work routines to ensure process integrity and product quality.
• Prepare and present departmental metrics, define action plans, analyze root causes, and follow up on corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience, 1+ in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and safety/quality standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, TRESS).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Willing to work shifts and weekends.
