Compensation

Approximately $175,000 Base (Flexible Based on Experience) Practice Areas : Commercial Litigation | Regulatory Enforcement | Public Law | Administrative Law | Appellate Litigation

Key Responsibilities

• Handle commercial and corporate litigation matters Draft and argue motions in state and federal courts
• Support regulatory investigations and enforcement actions
• Manage assigned cases with increasing independence Conduct written discovery and oversee document productions Conduct legal research and draft substantive legal memoranda
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations
• Assist with trial preparation and litigation strategy

Required Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school Active State Bar membership (any state) 3-4 years of litigation experience

• Experience handling matters in state and/or federal court
• Experience drafting dispositive motions Discovery management experience
