Job description

Job Description QN: · Looking for someone at a senior level – to implement features 80%, help juniors 5%, code reviews 15%. · Everything in Swift 2.3 plans to upgrade to Swift 3 (Exp with Swift 3 is a bonus). Swift exp- at least 1 yr · 5 yrs. exp in iOS development, objective C · Unit test development is a strong desire · Agile, SCRUM, Jira, BitBucket nice to have · Mobile apps is what client is looking for native. · Interview process- fairly easy phone interview by Bruce Paggeot · Coding challenge and then onsite/ Skype interviews with tech lead, architect Prepares specifications, designs, develops and supports native mobile app development and mobile web development following Client’s best practices.

  • Assess and optimize designs through review, evaluation tools and analysis to ensure mobile friendly versions for smartphones and tablets.
  • Perform unit testing for a variety of mobile devices including smart phones and tablets.
  • Implement mobile applications, maintain operational status of apps and resolve and troubleshoot technical problems. Will prepare documentation for new features and functionality and maintain standards and metadata.
  • Knowledge of multiple mobile languages and ability to ramp up on new languages quickly is a strong plus.
  • Experience and proficiency with Swift and Objective-C programming is required.
  • Ability to develop compelling user experiences in a mobile environment is key. Must have strong experience in: Xcode IDE environment - Swift Programming language Must have strong experience in one or more of the following: - Unit testing, Mocking, UIAutomation testing (XCTest Framework) - UI development - storyboards, size classes, constraints, collection views - Charting frameworks - Networking frameworks (i.e., AlamoFire) Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
