Ø To project manage the testing project like estimating| resource management and scheduling with reference to testing work assignation etc. Ø To create work plans| monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards. Ø To lead| guide| manage| engage and develop the team. Ø To manage customer expectations on deliverables. Ø To participate in functional as well as technical discussions with the client and team.
