• Support on Banking Systems like Payments, Forex, Loan Systems, Repo etc. ·
• Proven knowledge and robust understanding of banking industry and processes · Should be flexible to work off business hours and weekends as required · Should be well versed with industry standard SDLC in Banking Industry · Candidate should be ITIL Certified ·
• Strong skills and exposure of working on Incident Management, Problem Management, Critical Incident coordination and handling · Must have good analytical and problem solving skills ·
