Production Coordinator

Responsibilities

1. Job Site Coordination & Oversight

• Serve as the primary   on-site support   for crews, ensuring work is performed according to company standards.
• Conduct job site visits   before, during, and after project completion to ensure quality and adherence to project scopes.
• Troubleshoot issues   that arise on-site, such as material shortages, crew coordination, or unexpected obstacles.
• Perform   post-job walkthroughs   to verify all work is completed to standard and identify any necessary punch-list items. 2. Material & Logistics Management
• Schedule and coordinate material deliveries   to job sites, ensuring everything arrives as planned.
• Conduct   inventory checks   to verify the correct materials are on-site and report any discrepancies.
• Manage   material runs   when crews need additional supplies, coordinating pickups and deliveries as necessary.
• Work with   vendors and suppliers   to resolve material-related issues efficiently. 3. Inspection & ITEL Sample Collection
• Perform   pre-job property inspections   to confirm site conditions and material needs.
• Collect   ITEL samples   for shingles, siding, and roofing materials when necessary:
• Shingles & Tiles:   Full-size sample required.
• Siding:   Full-length piece (minimum 12 inches).
• Document inspections and material samples   in CompanyCam for record-keeping. 4. Job Tracking & Reporting
• Maintain accurate job records in   JobNimbus, updating statuses as jobs progress.
• Ensure all   photos and notes   are documented in   CompanyCam   for production tracking.
• Communicate regularly with the   Production Manager   on job site progress, issues, and resolutions. 5. Quality Control & Final Walkthroughs
• Conduct   mid-job and final inspections   to verify work quality and adherence to company standards.
• Identify and address   any installation issues   before crews leave the job site.
• Confirm that job sites are left clean, and all debris is properly disposed of.
• Work with homeowners (if needed) to ensure satisfaction with completed work. Required Skills &

Qualifications

• Construction/Roofing Experience:   Prior experience in a roofing, siding, or general construction role preferred.
• Project Coordination Skills:   Ability to track multiple jobs, prioritize tasks, and keep crews on schedule.
• Problem-Solving Abilities:   Quickly address material shortages, on-site issues, and workflow disruptions.
• Attention to Detail:   Ensure proper materials are used, job scopes are followed, and work meets quality standards.
• Strong Communication:   Ability to work effectively with   crews, vendors, and the production team.

Requirements

Ability to lift materials, climb ladders, and navigate job sites as needed.

• Technology Proficiency:   Comfortable using   JobNimbus, CompanyCam, and other job tracking tools. Performance Expectations & KPI Metrics
• Material Deliveries:   Ensure 100% of materials are on site compared to material order
• Inspection Reporting:   100% of pre-job inspections and ITEL samples documented at schedule times.
• On-Site Presence:   Conduct   mid-job and final walkthroughs   on 90% of projects.
• Job Documentation:   Maintain accurate job records in JobNimbus and CompanyCam.
• Problem Resolution:   Address and resolve job site issues within 24 hours. Career Growth & Training
