GENERAL MAINTENANCE MECHANIC B

Responsibilities

• Working toward journeyman’s qualifications in the electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, mechanical, general maintenance, or stationary engineering trade.
• Assists maintenance mechanic “A” in the completion of projects as outlined in work orders.
• Participates as member of preventive maintenance inspection team designating facilities renovation work to be scheduled for division.
• Promotes positive public relations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one (1) year of appropriate experience.
• Able to perform assigned duties safely and efficiently.
