JOB DESCRIPTION Position Details
- Shift schedule : 3rd shift — Sunday through Thursday, 10:15 p.m. to 6:15 a.m.
- Minimum experience : At least 1 year of related HR experience. Regulatory Compliance & Employee Support
- Administer and ensure compliance with FMLA, EEOC, ADA , and other applicable laws.
- Assist with maintaining accurate employee records in the HRIS .
- Provide employee counseling on work‑related and personal matters as needed.
- Handle routine HR inquiries and manage them through completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR policy and process guidance, escalating to COEs when appropriate. Investigations & Issue Resolution
- Conduct investigations as needed.
- Identify issues related to product, process, or quality systems.
- Recommend solutions through established channels and verify implementation. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Participate in the hiring process, including interviewing, coordinating background checks, and contributing to hiring decisions.
- Conduct HR transactions such as orientation, leaves of absence, and exit meetings . Employee Relations & Engagement
- Maintain a positive departmental image with all employees.
- Support and implement positive employee relations programs .
- Coordinate plant welfare activities such as events, outings, and celebrations.
- Serve as a technical adviser to employee involvement teams.

- Conduct the annual wage and benefit survey , analyze results, and submit recommendations.
- Collect, analyze, and prepare HR scorecards, dashboards, and visual reports .
- Perform root‑cause analysis to identify performance gaps and recommend process improvements. Training & Development
- Assist with developing and delivering training programs.
- Continue building HR expertise through seminars, courses, and professional development opportunities. Process Improvement & Documentation
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency in HR service delivery.
- Develop and maintain clear documentation for procedures, workflows, and reports.
- Support departmental HR projects and initiatives as needed. General

- Hold the authority and responsibility to stop the production line if a safety or quality issue arises.
