Responsibilities
Serves as a subject matter expert on the MCF Customer onboarding journey and technical integration aspects (including APIs and third part applications).
- Lead strategic merchant end to- end customer onboarding and technical integration plans within Ecommerce and Fulfillment. Consolidate international customer feedback and requirements related to onboarding, API and integrations to influence the MCF Product development roadmap.
- Own internal as well as customer-facing operating procedures and develop process improvement programs.
- Own issue escalation with program ownership related to onboarding, integration and APIs.
