Compensation
Network Administrator: $60,000 – $75,000 (DOE) Project Manager: $90,000 – $120,000 (DOE) The company is a leading global technology organization supporting enterprise IT infrastructure and Smart Factory environments. The company is seeking an IT Infrastructure Network Administrator & Project Manager to support daily network/server operations while leading infrastructure-related projects.

Key Responsibilities
Network & Server Operations
- Deploy and manage WAN circuits, ensuring stable connectivity and optimal performance Install, configure, and maintain network equipment (Cisco or Juniper)
- Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN environments, including routing, switching, and firewall systems
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance
- Support server operations and infrastructure stability Infrastructure Project Execution Propose and execute infrastructure-related SI projects (network upgrades, server migrations, etc.)
- Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including architecture diagrams and implementation plans
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous performance optimization
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in network and server operations / PM experience at least 5 years +
- Proven experience with WAN circuit provisioning and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with Cisco or Juniper network devices
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong documentation and communication skills Preferred Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, or equivalent
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
