Your Role at Dollar Tree: As a District Manager at Dollar Tree,   you’ll   oversee the operations of multiple stores in partnership with   S tore   M anagers assigned to your   district . With your support,   you’ll   empower our   store   leaders to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.   Other   responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Develop store leaders that deliver shopping experiences that exceed customer expectations
• Analyz e   district sales results and trends to increase sales
• Maintain inventory mix and merchandise presentation to maximize sales in each store
• Partner with   S tore   M anager s   to recruit   and   train   new associates
• F oster the   growth and development of associates   in to leadership roles
• Manage   payroll hours
• Ensure   Store Managers are   m aintain ing   cash contro l, including   conduct ing   regular   store audits
• Ensure Store Managers ar e managing   inventory shrinkage appropriately and   monitor   inventory shrinkage throughout your district
• Provide exceptional customer service   and ensure stores are professional, safe, respectful, and friendly environments
• Develop meaningful relationships with the associates, leaders, and communities you serve
• Travel up to 50% of the time with occasional overnight stays to support and oversee store operations across your district Your   S kills and   E xperience:
• Leadership   and s upervisory experience   are   required
• Experience with merchandising is   required
• Previous   recruiting experience is   required
• Excellent   communication skills   are   required
• Must   posse s s   a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to lift between 30   and   50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
