- UX expertise required : System Design, Aesthetics
- Expertise in implementing System design patterns
- Good experience in JavaScript and coding in CSS
- Angular 2.0 is a big plus
- Design Patterns – big plus
- Not following procedural programming – but more towards implementing design patterns
- Stronger on Design aspect – HTML, CSS
- Sense of Design Patterns – OOP / OOC (Not Singleton, go deeper than that)
- Knowledge or experience JAWS screen reader – to address \ troubleshoot \ incorporate ‘Accessibility’ functions
- Responsive design – another required skillset
