We are seeking an Interim Finance Manager to support financial planning, reporting, and business decision-making during a temporary engagement. This individual will partner with leadership to provide insights and drive financial performance. #GHJSS #LI-LM1
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities
- Analyze financial results and key performance indicators
- Develop financial models and business analyses
- Prepare management reporting packages
- Support strategic planning initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve financial performance
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of finance or FP&A experience
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
