*** SIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLE *** Join our team as a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), where you'll use evidence-based techniques to transform patients’ lives. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating and providing treatment services to a variety of patients, focusing on the hand and upper extremities. Your Responsibilities

as a Certified Hand Therapist

• Provide evaluation and timely treatment services to a variety of patients in accordance with physician referral and Plan of Care, focusing on the hand and upper extremities
• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved occupational therapy program
• State Licensure
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association

Compensation

Estimated between $105,000-$130,000 (this amount does not include any bonuses nor incentives that are also available) Company
