Job Summary

The Regional Maintenance Employee will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections across multiple drive-thru coffee shop locations in DFW Texas. This role requires a proactive, hands-on individual with strong technical skills, the ability to troubleshoot issues, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, refrigeration units, and HVAC systems. ·

• Perform general facility maintenance, such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry to ensure locations meet operational and safety standards. · Respond promptly to emergency repair requests to minimize downtime at any location. ·
• Coordinate with regional and store managers to schedule maintenance tasks with minimal disruption to daily operations ·
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all locations · Travel between multiple locations in DFW Texas to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks ·
• Document all maintenance activities, including work performed and parts used, in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related field preferred. ·

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and the ability to troubleshoot. · Valid drivers license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel within DFW Texas. ·
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail. ·
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple locations. · Abilities to lift up to 50lbs and work in various conditions, including confined spaces or outdoor areas. · Availability for on-call emergency repairs, including some evenings and weekends.

Preferred Skills

• Experience maintaining drive-thru equipment and systems. ·
• Familiarity with coffee shop equipment, such as espresso machines or brewing systems. ·
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in DFW Texas.
