What You Will Work On

• Serve as a strategic business partner across our three entities, providing financial insights to drive cross-departmental integration, operational alignment, and consistent reporting.
• Contribute to financial reporting and analysis across three entities, helping maintain consistent reporting and alignment between departments.
• Assist leadership with analysis related to pricing, customer health, and key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the Technology team by tracking project lifecycles and assisting with the evaluation of capitalization eligibility.
• Partner with the Accounting team on month-end close activities and help ensure financial data is accurate and complete.
• Help implement AI and automation tools to improve financial processes and team efficiency.
• Participate in the financial planning process, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial consolidation.
• Assist with financial analysis and decision support, including ROI analysis, budget-to-actual reporting, and identifying opportunities for cost savings. Who We Are Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in Finance/FP&A with a solid understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and advanced modeling concepts.
• Proficiency in NetSuite is strongly preferred; expert proficiency in Excel and Google Business Apps.
• A forward-thinking mindset with a demonstrated ability to leverage AI and automation to improve financial operations.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and influence skills to drive collaboration and influence across all levels of management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CFA, or Master’s degree is highly preferred.
• Experience in technology, software, or real estate industries is highly preferred. What You Can Expect

Compensation

The base salary for this position ranges from $95,300 - $116,700 annually, depending on your location, experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation offerings include company profit-sharing bonus program, communication stipends, and referral bonuses. Inclusive benefits package offering:
