• Support of Polycom or Cisco Skype integrated devices 4.
• Support, optimize and maintain Skype for Business Server / Lync infrastructure with high availability 5. Skype for Business / Lync application patching 6.
• Manage support escalations and drive issue resolution to completion including leveraging of proper processes and communications, working with vendors as required 7.
