Compensation
Potential: $95,000–$107,000 annually between base salary and monthly bonus opportunities HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our outpatient pediatric clinic in Fayetteville, North Carolina . This is a great opportunity for a BCBA who is passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy in a supportive, collaborative clinic setting. As a BCBA with HealthPRO Pediatrics, you will support children and families through individualized treatment planning, behavior assessment, caregiver collaboration, and clinical oversight of ABA services.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral and functional assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, and other assessment tools)
- Develop individualized, evidence-based, and culturally sensitive treatment goals
- Design behavior intervention and behavior support plans based on assessment data
- Implement and oversee data collection systems to support data-driven decision making
- Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Complete RBT competency assessments per organizational policy timelines
- Provide parent training and ongoing consultation
- Complete reassessments and clinical reports in accordance with insurance guidelines
- Participate in regular clinical meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Provide a minimum of 28 hours per week of direct patient care
- Deliver services via telehealth when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and billing
- Maintain current CAQH profile and NPI
- Complete required internal training, including telehealth training
- Adhere strictly to BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code
- Remain current on ABA research and evidence-based practices
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and licensure
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum
- Experience supervising RBTs preferred
