Mobile Dev Ops Engineer

Job Description REQUIREMENTS: 8+ years of operations experience or systems/software engineering in a software development or engineering environment

• Ability to engage cross-functional product and development team and lead discussions and contribute to production investigations and triage sessions
• Excellent understanding of solution architecture, development processes, and current technologies
• Experience in troubleshooting and deep diving into technical issues
• Experience with the agile development process and methodologies such as test-driven development and continuous integration
• Experience writing and maintaining technical documentation
• Experience supporting multiple technical projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills ADDITIONAL PREFERRED SKILLS: DevOps experience BI and Analytics tools (Splunk, Tableau, etc.) Mobile and/or online video experience technologies (HLS, MPEG4, DRM, etc.)
• Experience in scripting and/or software development
• Experience in creating and maintaining system architecture diagrams (Rationale, OmniGraffle, System Architect, etc)
• Experience working with web and/or mobile software development, QA and operations teams
• Experience with Agile project tracking software (Rally, Jira, etc.)
• Experience managing globally distributed teams, including utilizing asynchronous collaboration tools such as Confluence
• Experience and familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
