We are seeking a   Price-to-Win Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will   collaborate with senior PTW staff and   pursuit teams to analyze opportunity requirements, evaluation factors, award trends, competitive landscape, and model competitor bid strategies to develop competitive price targets. This position is well suited for someone who is a self-starter with strong research and analytical skills and who works well both independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidate can manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines and communicate recommendations clearly and persuasively to pursuit teams and senior leadership. Preference for candidates in the DC area with the ability to have a hybrid schedule out of Reston, VA headquarters. What you will do

  • Research and   analy sis   using market research tools & database subscriptions,   analyze conflicting and incomplete data to reach conclusions
  • Analyze   US   Federal, State and Local   Government   market   competitors, key capabilities and differentiators, program portfolio, bid tendencies, contract vehicle usage, capture strategies
  • Create and assess Request for Proposal (RFP) price evaluation models to   determine   the key cost and price levers for the evaluated bid price
  • Support the d evelop ment   and   substantiat io n of   the probable competitive evaluated bid price range considering the RFP evaluation criteria, customer buying   and award   behaviors, and   salary and wrap rate modeling, labor profile modeling, industry benchmarks & metrics, reverse engineering of past bids, expert   judgment,   and   competitive positioning on non-price evaluation factors
  • P roduce high quality deliverables   t o communicate findings and provide recommendations   to   influence senior audiences. Demonstrated excellent written and   presentations   skills   required .   Brief senior leadership and "make the case" for the PTW recommendation
  • Support   business case analysis and risk assessment considering bid and execution models
  • S upport post-award win/loss lessons learned   and portfolio - wid e t rend analysis   to develop   CI/ PTW   reposito ry
  • Build business relationships   and manage client expectations

What You Will Bring

with You:

  • B achelor's degree in   Finance , Business ,   or   a r elate d   field
  • 4 + years   of   varied   PTW,   Pricing   or Financial analysis   experience   in   g overnment contracting environment focused on US   g overnment   f ederal ,   s tate   and   l ocal   markets
  • Proficiency   in Microsoft Office   (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) What   We’d   Like You to Bring with You:

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is : $89,261.00 - $151,744.00 Reston, VA (VA30)
