• Greet every guest like family and own their experience from the moment they step into the showroom.
• Match each rider with the Harley that fits their style, needs, and dreams.
• Lead the test ride process, bring the experience to life.
• Follow up with customers via phone, text, email, and CRM (VinSolutions).
• Enter every up into the Traffic Log, no exceptions.
• Work closely with Sales Managers and teammates to hit daily and monthly performance goals.
• Represent the Harley-Davidson brand with professionalism, excitement, and purpose.
• Stay active on the floor, be present, and chase every opportunity. What You Bring:
