Creative Coordinator, PV Studio AI

The Creative Production Assistant will report to the Head of Animation at AI Studios and assist the team on greenlit projects across development, production, and post-production. Key job responsibilities -Works directly with and assists Animation Executives.

• Assist in managing the project submission, pitches, production, and post. -Development and Greenlit tracking for incoming deliverables, as well as providing notes on submitted pitches, treatments, and episodes. -Coordination and interface with internal departments (marketing, business affairs, legal, PR, creative, production, and post-production teams) and external partners. -
• Build and maintain interdepartmental grids and tracking systems. -
• Maintain database of series assets and assist with building PowerPoint presentations. -Conduct research as needed and maintain general tracking of industry players, overall deals, trends and the competitive landscape. -Shadowing and support of creative projects.
