Job Description: Seeking Physical Therapist! Rehabilitation Services PRN, work based on department need Southern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area Baptist Health Floyd In this position you will have the opportunity to provide skilled and compassionate physical therapy services within the acute care setting. Qualifications

• Requires a minimum B.S. degree in physical therapy from an accredited institution, or a B.S. degree and a certificate in physical therapy
• Indiana license to practice physical therapy.
