Senior Financial Analyst - Corporate Development

Competitive Intelligence:

• Participate in key quarterly responsibilities including earnings release summaries, industry market updates, and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with broader GRS Strategy organization, integrating competitor & market trends into internal strategy setting process
• Support the creation of internal & external executive-level presentations and memos
• Work with GRS leadership to establish consistent practices for competitive analytics
• Work cross-functionally to validate internal information used for quarterly analysis
• Monitor industry and competitor news to use in competitor analysis write-ups Mergers & Acquisitions:
• Support the target evaluation process through a deep understanding of proposed M&A opportunities for strategic fit in Global Risk Solutions
• Prepare & present findings to management gaining support for recommendations
• Participate in due diligence and integration/separation processes Foster relationships outside of team to enable product set understanding Learn and understand the strategic rationale, transaction structure, and deal economics for M&A transactions Competitive Intelligence:
