Senior Financial Analyst

• Hybrid reporting structure, 1 day per week. Position purpose: Develops and   apply   advanced financial and accounting methodologies to support planning and control across physician practice divisions. Provides financial analysis, performance measurement, and   decision ‑ support   insights that guide business   objectives   and   long ‑ term   planning for assigned sites, divisions, or the broader   Trinity   organization. Serves as a consultant and systems analyst by   identifying   opportunities to improve information management and recommending integrated approaches for collecting, reporting, and   leveraging   financial and operational data. Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 3-5 years’   financial analysis experience What the Sr Financial Analyst will do:
• Perform complex financial analyses with minimal supervision.
• Support forecasting, multi‑year planning, and monthly financial close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Prepare revenue, cost, and monthly gain/loss   analyses   and other financial performance reports.
• Partner with senior leadership on reporting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
• Provide financial guidance and decision‑support to operations leaders.
• Lead analytical support for strategic and operational projects.
