Responsibilities
- 4+ years analytic experience in Paid Search.
- Strong analytical skills and database experience, including ability to perform detailed analysis and modelling in excel.
- Familiarity with core performance marketing platforms and other Marketing Analytics tools - including AdWords, DoubleClick, Omniture,.
- Strong ability to derive insights and recommendations from data and turn them into actionable marketing insights. Job Description:
- Perform weekly analysis of performance marketing channel spend and performance across all key metrics
- Conduct ad-hoc deep dive analysis for each of the performance marketing channels as needed
- Build data templates to enable ongoing reporting of analysis and tracking of performance
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing teams to design, implement and monitor optimization tests within each of the channels
- Assess the operational implications of optimization and testing techniques; work with the core teams to mitigate any risks
- Identify optimization opportunities and perform sizing analysis to assess the incremental audience, revenue, contribution margin and other potential impacts to core KPIs
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with different stakeholders across all levels of StubHub (including Leadership)
- Pull together multiple data sources to identify trends and insights in a timely manner
- Establish KPI goals and benchmarks for each individual channel
