QA Engineer – Automation

• Implement Automated Testing and Testing Suite.
• Maintain
• Test Environment. Write test cases and execute test scripts, edit and maintain existing test scripts working with product managers and engineering teams to document defects.
• Identify issues within scope and schedule and determine solutions.
• Report and resolve with management teams to implement solution/s.
• Work with internal customers to provide technical support. Get to know and work with customers/users of online platform to solicit feedback.
• Work on side projects in support of Development team and for personal growth.
• Experience: Written comprehensive test cases and detailed steps to reproduce defects. Involvement or experience in product release planning.
• Ability to handle bugs/problems/patching. Worked with on a variety of Web and SW applications. Previous experience with issue tracking systems, specifically JIRA.
• Experience with Agile Development methodologies.

Requirements

• Solid working knowledge of Web applications.
• Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills.
• Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
