Job description
As a leader of the OpsTech Solutions application development team, you will be at the forefront of IT service delivery, collaborating across OpsTech Solutions infrastructure and services teams. You will be surrounded by people who are passionate about optimizing IT services and believes that world-class service is critical to customer success. You will work across all internal teams to drive tooling and process improvements to ensure a high quality, fast resolution customer experience. Your mission is to develop a world-class customer experience and set new customer service standards in IT Delivery. Key job responsibilities -
- Lead and grow a team of SDEs and Systems Development Engineers; provide mentorship and career development -
- Manage the full development lifecycle from proof-of-concept through production deployment, including pilot design, success metrics, security reviews, and scaled rollout - Raise the technical bar by establishing engineering best practices, code review standards, CI/CD pipelines, and operational excellence mechanisms for AI/ML systems -
