Job Title: Janitor Job Description “Janitor” Scope: Nicaragua

Overview

General cleaning of offices and all areas of the building, prepare a requisition order to use monthly, help during company’s activities. Key Accountabilities:

• Clean all desktops, cabinets, CPUs, monitors and keyboards.
• Prepare coffee as often as necessary.
• Clean the inside and outside of microwaves (two times a day), kitchen furniture and refrigerator as often as necessary.
• Clean windows and doors of the entrance and exit of the building.
• Clean bathrooms, take out the trash and wash the trash cans.
• Take care of reception area when necessary.
• Cover any other activity indicated by your immediate boss.
• Communicate with the necessary departments to correct or prevent actions.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience performing a customer service role, over the phone.
• High school Diploma.
• Ease of speech and expression.
