Job Description Position/Job Title: Wellness Nurse (Full Time) Location: Brandywine Living at Upper Providence Employment Type: Full-Time 11p-7a Salary Range: $34.00- $35.00 per hour SIGN ON BONUS!
Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
Job Summary
As a Nurse at Brandywine Upper Providence, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, coordinate total nursing care, and support the interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
include assessments, medication administration, emergency response, documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess residents and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate care
- Maintain clinical documentation and compliance
- Supervise nursing staff and support resident activities
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license
- Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Additional Information
