Overview

Weatherford is seeking an Artificial Lift Technical Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building on a high level of product line and operational knowledge to proactively and strategically sell specific tools, technologies, and services within your portfolio. You will ensure that a comprehensive understanding of our offerings is provided to clients, typically at their locations such as rig sites, warehouses, or workshops.

When opportunities arise, you will support the development of cross-selling across segments

Qualifications

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience preferably in the oil and gas service industry, in a technical or operational capacity
  • 4-6 years of sales experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to quickly gain a broad-based knowledge of Weatherford's products and services
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring all activities are carried out ethically and in compliance with company policies, laws, regulations, and industry practices
  • Dedication to placing quality, health, safety, security, and environmental protection as core values, never intentionally placing employees, processes, customers, or communities at risk
  • Proactive approach to continual improvement in health, safety, security, and environmental protection, considering responsible care, process vulnerabilities, public, customer, and employee inputs, knowledge, technology, and best business practices Education A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required for this role. Travel Requirement This role may require domestic and potentially international travel of up to 10-25%.
