Job Description Business Insurance Specialist Visa GC/Citizen Location 6272 Lee Vista Blvd, Orlando, FL 32822 Division Pharmaceutical Contract 3 Months Timings Mon - Fri between 9am - 6pm, 10am - 7pm, and 11am - 8pm (Candidates need to be available for all shifts, will most likely be the 11am - 8pm shift)
Qualifications
POSITION OVERVIEW The Patient Authorization Rep obtains required referral clearance documentation, verifies insurance benefits, obtains reauthorizations and completes quality assurance audits. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and DUTIES · Obtaining authorizations or overrides as needed · Negotiates pricing as necessary and authorizes patient services. · Phone, Fax, and/or email interactions with payers, patients, and physicians to verify monthly Eligibility Verifications. ·
- Work collaboratively with other associates and supervisor to ensure that best practices are shared. QUALIFICATIONS · High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience · 6 months – 1 year relevant experience ·
- Excellent organizational skills · Superior written and verbal communication ·
- Strong interpersonal skills ·
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment ,learns quickly, solve problems and make decisions · Candidates must be Basic in Microsoft Word and Excel. Computer skills are required. · Insurance Company or Specialty Pharmacy experience is a plus. · HMs are looking for candidates with basic administrative/secretarial background · Candidates with insurance background is a plus, but NOT REQUIRED · Shift provided will be Mon-Fri between 8am-5pm and 9am-6pm · This assignment is to assist with a large volume of work that needs to be taken care of · Candidates will probably not have their own cubes, but will work in a large room/hub area If you are available and interested then please reply me with your “ Current Chronological Resume” and call me on (678)-405-3590 .
