- Monitor games, practices, and tournaments of up to 8 basketball/volleyball courts
- Provide an upbeat, safe environment for the public
- Provide excellent customer service, leadership, and supervision of the facility
- Enthusiastically greet patrons
- Open and/or close the facility
- Ensure facility policies are followed
- Assist with setup/tear down of activities, events, and programs
- Some light maintenance duties including removing trash, cleaning restrooms, etc.
- Pay Range: $14.00 - $18.00, depending on qualifications. Job
Requirements
- Minimum age 18 years and older.
- Experience working directly with the public.
- Knowledge of customer service expectations and ability to solve customer service issues.
- Experience in an athletic facility or sports office is preferred. JCPRD requires reference/background screening for all positions. Specified criteria may vary by Department.
