• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for buildings and structures, pavements and asphalt in circulation areas, facades and finishes, maintenance of pipelines, restrooms, and urinals, ensuring the proper functioning of water and sanitation systems.
• Supervise the activities of contracted cleaning and waste management personnel, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and performance indicators.
• Supervise maintenance activities of green areas, including pruning, irrigation, and fertilization.
• Structural Calculations: Perform and oversee calculations for structural reinforcements to ensure the stability of existing constructions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate team performance and provide feedback and training as needed.
• Manage and coordinate new construction and renovation projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Supervise contractor activities and manage the execution of maintenance contracts and service policies with external providers.
• Motivate and manage the necessary resources for the team of technicians under your responsibility to achieve departmental objectives.
• AutoCAD Drawing Updates: Keep installation drawings up to date, including modifications and new projects.
• Manage and assign offices, cubicles, and meeting rooms.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (required).
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of civil systems.
• Software: AutoCAD.
• Experience in maintenance of civil, stormwater, and sanitary installations, landscaping and gardening areas.
• Experience updating plans in AutoCAD and performing structural calculations.
• Experience in managing infrastructure, furniture, and office projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
