Job Description: The   Procurement   Specialist   -   Maintenance & Franchise   is an   entry-level position   whose primary responsibility is to support the activities and systems of   materials procurement for the   Store   Maintenance   team   and our Franchise partners .  The   Specialist   will be involved in multiple aspects of the   Store Maintenance   & New Store l ife-cycle and processes, such as:   fulfilling   Store   Maintenance Work   O rders (WO’s) ;   providing   needed   materials to our Franchise partners   to support their New Store openings ;   issuing and adjusting Purchase Orders, monitoring production and shipping status ;   updating stores on   Store   Maintenance   W O status ; and   assist ing   in   the   expediting   of   lost ,   damaged , or additional   materials   needed   and miscellaneous tasks/projects. What Will You Be Doing?

  • Fulfilling   Store   Maintenance Work   O rders   for   sales floor items   such as dama ged   or missing   fixtures, mannequins,   props etc.
  • Partnering with Store Design & A&F Transportation to provide select branded items   to our Franchise partners for their   N ew   S tore and   R emodel needs.
  • Support in fulfilling any   pre-Opening   exceptions reported by New Stores for   our owned   &   operated   New Store and Remodel projects.
  • Assist in   placing inventory POs to support   future Store   Maintenance and Franchise needs   and monitoring   vendor   production to ensure PO ship dates are achieved.
  • Field questions from the A&F Transportation   and Trade   team s   regarding planned shipments and deliveries.
  • Complete ad hoc analysis, reporting, or special projects W hat Do You Need to Bring?
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred in Business, Construction, Finance, Logistics, or   Operations
  • Proficient skills in the Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel)
  • Extremely detail oriented with a focus on accurate data entry and auditing
  • Time management; ability to complete special projects in addition to core job responsibilities
  • Understanding of project timelines and schedules
  • Strong written, listening, and verbal communication skills
