Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Pay: $16.00 – $18.75/hour (based on experience)
• Shift Differentials:
• Weekends: +$3/hour
• Short Shifts: +$5/hour
• Mileage Reimbursement

Responsibilities

As a Private Duty Nursing Assistant , you’ll provide one-on-one care in a client’s home—giving you the time to build meaningful relationships and deliver personalized support. Your role allows you to truly make a difference in someone’s daily life.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Active CNA or GNA license (Maryland)
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum committment of 2 shifts / month
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation available during your shift
