| CoxHealth The LPN performs administrative duties that include, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and data entry in medical records. Clinical duties will include measuring and recording vital signs, collecting demographics and medical information including review of medication list, preparing patients for examination, cleaning rooms and equipment and stocking supplies. This position will involve the administration of medications as ordered by the physician. Performs specific competencies as directed by the department. Education:

  • Required: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program Experience:
  • Previous nursing experience preferred Skills:

  • LPN license and IV Certification active in the state of Missouri Job Description: Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Education:
  • Required: Graduate of an accredited nursing program
