Responsibilities
- Manage laboring patients in our Birth Place
- Respond to GYN and obstetric emergencies and provide care for high-risk deliveries.
- Collaborate with nurses, midwives, residents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- 24/7 midwifery coverage
- EMR: EPIC
- Offer consultation services to other departments within the hospital for gynecological needs of hospitalized patients.
- Participate in labor and delivery unit protocols and quality improvement initiatives.
- Perform GYN surgeries in our well-equipped OR or ASC
Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Excellent clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
