Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) – Hematology/Oncology Charleston, SC (with travel to Mount Pleasant) Charleston Oncology, a leader in cutting-edge cancer care across the Lowcountry, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to join our growing hematology/oncology team. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside one hematologist/oncologist in state-of-the-art facilities , caring for patients across Charleston and Mount Pleasant.

Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient and outpatient hematology/oncology care.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage cancer and blood disorders.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Manage EMR workload and patient in-baskets within EPIC .
- Deliver compassionate care with a strong focus on patient satisfaction and quality outcomes .
Required Qualifications
Licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) . Willingness to work collaboratively with all members of the care team, including MAs, nurses, and other APPs. Comfort caring for both inpatient and outpatient populations .
Proficiency in EMR workload management and patient in-baskets. Flexibility to practice at multiple Charleston-area locations . Proven history of prioritizing patient satisfaction .
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of hematology/oncology experience ( 5+ years preferred ).
- Experience as a primary caregiver for cellular therapy patients (BMT & CAR-T).
