You will operate in both a leadership and builder capacity.

- Excellent communication skills : You enjoy communicating both verbally and in writing with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders.
- Technical acumen: You’ve marketed AI, API, and SaaS products that are built for developers and are able to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Bias for action : Bring grit, a willingness to roll up your sleeves, and be a hands-on help to your team, not just a facilitator. Be the entrepreneurial player/coach who is a resourceful, not reliant leader.
- Impeccable execution: You have a track record of executing and delivering high quality work against complexities and limited resources. You’re able to partner with cross-functional teams to drive results. Other leaders and teammates love collaborating with you.
- Bonus: You have prior payroll or fintech experience.
