Job description The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering phones and updating schedules for over employees. Additionally, this position provides administrative office support as required. Responsibilities
- High volume phones
- Assist with HR and Accounting department
- Ordering supplies
- Scheduling changes for over 200 field employees.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year experience in office administrative
- Bilingual – Spanish and English preferred
- H.S. Diploma, GED or equivalent Knowledge, Skills and Other Characteristics:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Detail oriented and capable of producing quality work
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to responsibilities
- Excellent inter-personal relationship skills and the ability to work with individuals of all levels; able to work in a collaborative environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including phone and e-mail etiquette.
- Professional demeanor Job Type: Full-time Salary: $19.50 - $21.50 per hour
