Here, ABA works hand-in-hand with Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Feeding Therapy, Aquatic Therapy, and Social Skills programs—all under one roof.

What You'll Do

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Partner with families to maximize client success
• Analyze data and adjust treatment plans
• Collaborate daily with OT, PT, and Speech professionals
