• Work with the Banquet and/or Catering Directors to manage, organize, and monitor banquet events. ·
• Coordinate and oversee physical setup requirements and execution. · Requisition and maintain control over inventories of china, glassware, silverware, equipment, and uniforms. ·
• Interact and coordinate details with other departments. · Responsible for personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, evaluating, promoting, counseling, and discharging.

Qualifications
